Administration:
Assist in risk management and emergency preparedness.
Handle procurement, payment processes, and cost reporting.
Manage office supplies, document filing, and daily operations.
Ensure workplace compliance with safety and security regulations.
Plan and monitor admin budgets and expenses.
Negotiate with suppliers for cost and service efficiency.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and visitor logistics.
Support HR with onboarding/offboarding logistics.
Act as the main contact for office- related issues.
Engagement Activities:
Organize internal and external events (team- building, wellness, CSR).
Plan and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company culture.
Track engagement budgets and ensure policy compliance.
Support other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3 years of experience in admin or office management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Detail- oriented, problem- solving mindset.
Candidates living near the warehouse for work convenience (no shuttle bus service)
Creative, careful, hardworking, and tech- adaptable.
Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking skills.
