Ads Specialist - Upto 20M + Commission - Hà Nội

Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, and targeting to meet KPIs.
Plan, set up, manage, and optimize multi- platform advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across all paid advertising platforms.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Take ownership of Google Shopping campaigns, ensuring optimized feeds, product performance, and maximized ROAS.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, pixel tracking, and platform dashboards for performance analysis.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high- converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy adjustments, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing paid ads campaigns (Google Ads required; multi- platform experience is a plus).
Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
Strong knowledge of Google Shopping setup, product feeds, and optimization techniques.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and identify insights.

Preferred

Experience in e- commerce or performance- driven advertising.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e- commerce platforms.
Experience with additional paid media channels such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Google Ads Certifications (Search, Shopping, Display, etc.).
