Affiliate Executive

Job Description:

Build connections and negotiate with brands and TAPs (TikTok Affiliate Partners).
Coordinate partnership projects and optimize benefits and opportunities for Creators.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to ensure campaigns and projects are executed effectively and delivered on schedule.
Oversee Creator content production, including videos and livestreams, to ensure quality and alignment with campaign objectives.
Draft, review, and manage relevant procedures and documentation, including contracts, bookings, acceptance and completion records, and other legal documents.
Proactively source, engage, and develop a strong network of KOLs, KOCs, and Creators across multiple platforms, while maintaining long- term relationships to expand the Affiliate ecosystem.
Build and manage a UGC Creator community, driving engagement, revenue growth, and conversions across the Affiliate ecosystem.
Execute, monitor, and optimize the performance of both booking and non- booking campaigns.
Proactively remain on standby to support livestream operations when required.

Job Requirements:

Detail- oriented in handling contracts and documentation, with flexibility to support livestream operations and technical issues when required.
At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate, Booking, or Creator Management. Experience at an MCN, TAP, or E- commerce Agency is a plus.
Good knowledge of Affiliate Marketing platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee, including platform policies and Creator behavior.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and GMV.
Proactive, responsible, able to work under sales pressure, and a good team player who keeps up with market trends.

Long Beach Building, No.1 Ba Thang Hai Street, Vuon Lai Ward, HCMC
Monday- Friday: 9:00am- 6:00pm
