We are looking for a
Senior Art Director
who enjoys working in a fast- paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”, with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
Be responsible for what advertisements look like. Involve in creating a campaign that has an instant, positive impact on the consumer to promote the product or brand being advertised:

Work from a brief with copywriters or other members of a creative team, and generate ideas to present to the client.
Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
Commission specialists, such as artists and photographers to work on projects.
Work on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign.
Enhance the looks of the final results before presentation to clients (polishing the deck templates).
Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas.

_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have:

Dynamic, highly creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
Minimal 5+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity.
Strong understanding of design across multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile, etc. — with solid capabilities in branding, communication, and multimedia.
Hands- on experience with AI- powered creative tools is a strong advantage.
Good prompt- writing skills and ability to leverage AI effectively in the creative process.
Proactive in exploring, testing, and adopting new AI tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
Be able to work within strict budgets.
Proficient in relevant art and design software.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a sharp eye for details and strong aesthetic sense.
Be able to work under high pressure of tight deadlines.
Work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
Be highly motivated and well organized.
