AI Backend Engineer

Optimize backend services for distributed computing environments to handle large- scale AI training jobs.
Implement automated monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms for backend services.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support AI model fine- tuning and training as a service.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend services.
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to build seamless user experiences for AI developers.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate model training pipelines into the platform.

Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and training workflows.
Proficient in cloud infrastructure for distributed training environments.
Experience working with AI model lifecycle management (MLOps) tools like MLflow,
Research skills
Get familiar with LLM tools such as LangChain, LLamaIndex, vector databases.
Experience with distributed systems and parallel computing techniques.
Kubeflow, or service from Cloud Provider like AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Studio…
Knowledge of current LLM technology and research.
Get familiar with Python or Go.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques essential for machine learning projects.
At least 5 YOE has tasks related to ML, preferably with experience in NLP.
