AI Data Labeling Staff (Basic Korean Reading)

Job Description

We are seeking a full- time AI Data Labeling staff to support AI training projects in collaboration with SNarGPT (AI Learning Assistant).

This role focuses on image processing and data labeling of Korean exam materials used for AI model training. The work is structured, instruction- based, and repetitive, requiring a high level of accuracy and consistency.

This position is suitable for candidates looking for full- time contract work rather than short- term freelance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in online training or coordination meetings when required
- Convert provided PDF files or scanned documents into high- resolution images
- Save and upload files according to predefined naming and indexing rules
- Accurately crop and separate questions, answers and explanations
- Process Korean mock exam and answer sheet materials for AI training
- Maintain work logs and track processing status using shared files
- Follow detailed work manuals and sample instruction videos

This is a rule- based, repetitive task. Creativity or subject- matter knowledge is not required, but precision and discipline are essential.

Mandatory

- Careful, patient, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Able to commit to a contract- based role (2- month probation + 6- month contract)
- Available to work full- time (8 hours/day)
- Ability to read and distinguish a limited set of Korean words, such as: 국어, 수학, 미적분, 기하, 확률과통계, 문제, 정답, 해설

- Basic Windows PC skills, including:
- Own a Windows PC (no equipment provided)
- Data input and copy- paste operations in Google Sheets
- Installing software and basic system setup
- Mouse/keyboard- based image cropping and file saving
- Korean academic background is NOT required
- Web browser usage

Preferred Qualifications

- Better Korean reading ability is a plus
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini is an advantage
- Experience with image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Preview, or similar)
- Experience organizing exam files or datasets

Working schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
Remote working arrangement
Flexible working hours, with a start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Annual Leave: 1 paid leave day accrued per month
100% salary during the probation period
