We are looking for a forward- thinking AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage the full power of the Google Cloud Platform to design, build, and deploy next- generation AI solutions, including cutting- edge agentic systems. Responsibility

Implement MLOps: Design and maintain robust MLOps pipelines on Vertex AI for continuous integration, training, and deployment (CI/CD/CT).
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore and apply the latest advancements in GenAI, Google Cloud services, and Big Data technologies.
Design & Build on GCP: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning applications specifically on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
End- to- End Model Management: Build, train, and manage the complete lifecycle of ML models using Vertex AI (Pipelines, Training, Endpoints), BigQuery ML, and TensorFlow.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our Data, BI, and Business teams to translate complex needs into tangible, high- impact technical solutions.
Lead Agentic AI R&D: Spearhead research and development of sophisticated AI agent applications and multi- agent systems, leveraging GCP&039;s AI infrastructure.
Customer- Facing Solutions: Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate capabilities, and deliver powerful AI solutions.

Requirement
Must have

Good English Skills: Fluency to collaborate in a multi- lingual environment and read technical documentation.
Business Acumen: Ability to dedicate time to client- facing activities, including pitching solutions and supporting new business generation.
Data Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience with data handling and warehousing (e.g., BigQuery).
Python Proficiency: Proven programming skills, with a strong preference for Python.
Core Soft Skills: Excellent problem- solving abilities, a strong teamwork spirit, and clear communication skills.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a similar Machine Learning or AI Engineering role.
GenAI & Agent Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge and skills in Generative AI, AI agents, and agentic frameworks.
Strong CS Fundamentals: A solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, computability, and complexity.
Full ML Lifecycle Knowledge: A deep understanding of the end- to- end machine learning lifecycle, from data sourcing to model monitoring.
ML Toolkit: Hands- on experience with core ML libraries like TensorFlow, scikit- learn, OpenCV, etc.

Nice to have

Cloud- Native MLOps: Demonstrable experience building and managing MLOps workflows specifically on GCP.
Broader GCP Knowledge: Familiarity with related services like Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and GKE.
Experience with Gemini: Familiarity with integrating and fine- tuning Gemini models via the API.
Direct GCP AI Experience: Proven experience with Google Cloud&039;s AI portfolio, especially Vertex AI (Pipelines, Endpoints, Search, Agent Builder) and BigQuery ML.
