Job Description

Collaborate with data scientists and Full stack ai engineers, and domain experts on cross- functional projects using Databricks Workspaces.
Prepare and augment training datasets for models.
Develop AI and LLM solutions based on business requirements using approaches such as RAG architecture on enterprise data.
Train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using Databricks.
Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and Databricks best practices

Qualifications
Must Have

Familiarity developing with Databricks products and services.
Business- level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Working knowledge of CI/CD.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
Strong communication, documentation, and white- boarding skills.
2+ years of hands- on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit- learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Experience with the latest techniques in LLM, LVM, RAG, fine- tuning, and deploying with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and foundation models.
Strong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through ML.

Strongly Preferred

Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross- functional team including systems integrators and third- party companies.
Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models using Databricks products.
Databricks certifications.
Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience building Chatbots and Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
Azure certifications.
Knowledge in LLM actual use cases.
