AI Product Engineering Manager

Purpose of the position:
To design, lead, and deliver scalable and innovative AI- driven technology solutions aligned with business strategies. Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and value realization.
Job Accountabilities:
Solution Architecture

Design end- to- end architecture for AI- enabled products and systems

Technical Leadership

Guide engineering and data science teams through technical execution

Stakeholder Engagement

Align solutions with business goals through cross- functional collaboration

Innovation & R&D

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive their adoption

Governance & Standards

Define technical standards, ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions

G- local Competencies: Business Knowledge, Insights, Strategies and Solutions; Industry knowledge; English (CEFR Global Scale)​.
Functional competencies: AI/ML Systems Design, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), API Architecture & Security, Data Pipeline Architecture
7 years of working experience in AI/ML solution design
Leadership Competencies: Information security, Leadership Presence, Visionary Leadership​, Empowerment​.
Shall ensure compliance with the company’s ISMS standards by all personnel under their management.
Shall be responsible for promoting awareness and monitoring compliance with information security policies within their scope of management.
Growth Mindset and One- Team Mindset.
AI/ML or data science certs are a plus
Possess effective communication skills, written and verbally in English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
