AI Project Manager Senior

Drive planning, risk/issue management, dependency mapping, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Data Science, MLOps/Platform, GenAI Apps, and studio teams.
Other tasks as assigned.
Keep stakeholders aligned with clear weekly updates, timelines, and decision logs.
Operationalize repeatable workflows (intake, experiment tracking, post‑mortems, retro actions).
Coordinate vendor engagements and external pilots as needed.
Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI department initiatives, from scoping and resourcing start- to- finish, to roadmap execution.
Partner with engineers to unblock execution (access, environments, test data, approvals).
Maintain lightweight documentation, runbooks, and onboarding guides so teams can self‑serve.
Help with L&D efforts related to AI adoption.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must‑Have:

Tooling: Jira, Confluence, Slack; solid documentation habits.
Familiarity with GenAI/LLM concepts.
Strong Agile/Lean execution: sprint boards, milestones, release plans.
Experience working with global, distributed teams.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
3–5+ years in project/production/program management (Tech/AI/Gaming preferred).
Comfortable coordinating API‑driven workstreams and integrations.

Nice‑to‑Have:

Prior work in mobile gaming, live‑ops, or creative production environments.
Experience enabling teams with no‑/low‑code automations (n8n/Make/Zapier/Retool).
Exposure to diffusion pipelines and internal developer tooling.
Basic level or understanding of Data Analysis / Coding / GitHub.
