Job Description
• Propose various formats, styles, and hook ideas for creative experimentation.
• Research new AI tools and suggest applications for workflow.
• Create / edit advertising videos using AI video- generation tools (Runway, Veo, Kling, etc.)
• Research competitors’ marketing videos and develop new creative concepts
• Conduct technical and conceptual R&D to improve AI- generated video quality.
• Collaborate closely with other video editors and planners to analyze games and produce high- quality videos aligned with campaign objectives
Mô tả công việc
- Thực hiện nghiên cứu & phát triển (R&D) cả về mặt kỹ thuật lẫn ý tưởng nhằm nâng cao chất lượng video tạo bằng AI
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các video editor và planner khác để phân tích game và sản xuất video chất lượng cao, phù hợp với mục tiêu chiến dịch
- Nghiên cứu các công cụ AI mới và đề xuất cách ứng dụng vào quy trình làm việc
- Phân tích video marketing của đối thủ và phát triển các concept sáng tạo mới
- Tạo dựng / chỉnh sửa video quảng cáo bằng các công cụ tạo video AI (Runway, Veo, Kling, v.v.)
- Đề xuất đa dạng các format, phong cách và ý tưởng để sáng tạo

Requirements
• Experience using generative AI video tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross- functional teams
• Experience producing mobile game advertising creatives.
• Passion for mobile games and frequent engagement with various titles
Required Skills
• AI Tools: Runway, Veo, Kling, etc
• Adobe After Effects
Nice to have
• Able to communicate in English or Korean
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Blender and Unity
• Google Gemini Image Generation: Nano Banana, Image Generation: Midjourney, AI Narration: ElevenLabs
• Experience creating diverse video styles (live- action, animation, style- transition videos, etc.).
• Prior experience producing mobile game ad videos, especially in the hyper- casual genre

Ưu tiên nếu có
- Có kinh nghiệm tạo nhiều phong cách video khác nhau (quay người thật, animation, video chuyển đổi phong cách, v.v.)
- Có kinh nghiệm với: Google Gemini Image Generation (Nano Banana)
- Sử dụng thành thạo Blender và Unity ở mức độ khá trở lên
Công cụ tạo ảnh AI: Midjourney
AI lồng tiếng: ElevenLabs
- Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn
- Đã từng sản xuất video quảng cáo game mobile, đặc biệt là thể loại hyper- casual
