Role Description
As the AC Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the category’s performance, lead business and product strategies, and collaborate cross- functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product and market success.
Working Location: Centec Tower, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
We are seeking a passionate and strategic AC Product Manager to join our team and drive business performance for Toshiba’s air conditioner category in Vietnam. This role is ideal for a results- oriented professional with strong market insight and a deep understanding of product management within the appliance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead category strategy through comprehensive market and competitor analysis, supporting product line planning, new launches, and PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go- to- market (GTM) strategies and annual channel policies to ensure effective market execution.
Partner with R&D to define the mid- to long- term product roadmap aligned with customer needs and emerging trends.
Drive business results by defining and achieving annual business targets for the air conditioner category.
Qualifications
Fluent in English; comfortable working in an international environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self- motivated, results- driven, collaborative, and integrity- oriented.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong market insight, analytical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
Excellent communication and execution capabilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the air conditioner category or related product marketing fields.
