Planning & Organizing:

Assist in planning for the investment, project, and replacement budget on a yearly basis.
Adhere to and monitor departmental operating expenses as per departmental budget and forecast.

Operations:

Managing the team&039;s budget for parts, supplies, and repairs.
Managing and supervising a team of air conditioning technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program to minimize breakdowns and ensure optimal system performance.
Technical installation on hotel plant, emergency generator, air conditioning system, laundry system, and cooling systems.
Monitoring energy consumption and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinating with other departments (e.g., engineering, housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations.
Ensuring all air conditioning systems are well- maintained, scheduling and overseeing repairs, and troubleshooting issues.
Implement all necessary work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiate respective scheduled procedures, and monitor the carrying out of work as well as recording the results within an appropriate filing system.
Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment information.

Administration:

Controls and endorses all invoices for installations, tools, spare parts, and consumption of material and forwards them for payment to the accounting.
Establishes a monthly report of works carried out, machines maintained.
Maintains and monitors all maintenance contracts, providing consultation and advice when necessary.

Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
Experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5- star hotel or comparable organization
Willing to learn and work under high pressure.
A professional certificate is preferred.
