Airport Representative

 Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

 Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies.

 Arranges transportation requirement for guests and other operation departments whenever needed.

 Reviews all transfer arrangements for accuracy and updated arrival times

 Prepares the page board prior to meeting the arriving guests. Guest name to be written accurately and legibly.

 Provides accurate, timely and reliable information and direction to guests who seek assistance at the airport.

 Constantly explores landmarks and points of interest (restaurants, sights, expeditions, etc) in the city so as to provide updated information to guests.

 Coordinates with the driver for additional transportation requirement when instructed by the Concierge Manager.

 Assists to hail taxi and answers guests’ inquiries

 Contacts the hotel to advice on arriving guest information, vehicle number, luggage information and any other pertinent information that could be deemed useful to ensure an efficient check in.

 Ensures effort is made to locate a no- show arrival whenever necessary. Provides information to the hotel on the outcome.

 Reads the hotel&039;s Associate Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel&039;s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

 Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

 Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant.
