• Prepare customized tour programs and/or F&B services based on client needs.
• Support teammates when needed and share best practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and timely support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and annual sales and revenue reports to the manager.
• Create and deliver accurate, competitive quotations in a timely manner.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Offer value- added services and suggestions to improve client experience.
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, face- to- face meetings, website, Fan page and OTA channels.
• Handle and grow a portfolio of clients through direct engagement.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training.
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after their stay/meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent attitude for teamwork, sophisticated networking capabilities for work with same level of management
1 year of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
Knowledge of Cruises and/or F&B products, destinations, and OTA platforms is an advantage.
Advanced level of both spoken and written English
