Apparel Sample Leader (Expat - Good English And Japanese N2) ~ Attractive Salary [26407 - Cu Chi District, Hcm]

- Optimize delivery time, quality, and cost by working with technical, production, and quality control teams.
- Work directly with designers (Shanghai, Tokyo, London) to plan, revise, and manage the progress of samples.
- Solve problems and improve the sample development process.
- Supervise a Vietnamese sample team of about 10 people and lead the overall sample development.

* Working Time: 8:30- 17:30 Mon- Sat

- Business- level Japanese communication skills (N2 advanced)
- Good at English (Intermediate level)
- At least 6 months of experience in team management and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- At least 1 year of experience in apparel sample development
+ Prefer:
- Experience in outerwear products
- Prefer candidates whose nationalities are Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Taiwanese
- Experience in sample development for international brands
