Architectural Engineer - 15 - 25 Triệu [Hà Nội] (27055)

‐ Use Revit to develop and maintain architectural BIM models for building projects (industrial, commercial, mixed- use) including concept, design development, construction documentation and as- built phases.
- Participate in project meetings (design reviews, coordination meetings, client workshops) and represent the BIM/architectural side of design.
- Run BIM model reviews, identify issues (such as geometry, systems conflicts, model health) and propose corrective actions or design modifications.
- Provide mentorship or training to less- experienced engineers/drafters in Revit/BIM best practices and workflows.
- Liaise with Japanese stakeholder teams and Vietnamese project staff; ensure communication between disciplines is clear and design documentation aligns across languages and cultures.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to integrate their systems into the architectural model, ensure correct interfaces, and perform clash detection and resolution.
- Support construction coordination: provide model- based deliverables for construction planning, site coordination, and may assist with as- built modelling after project completion.
- Continuously evaluate and improve BIM processes, tools and workflows within the company’s design- construction environment; propose enhancements for efficiency, quality and digital integration.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings and documentation derived from BIM models (plans, sections, elevations, schedules) for design submission and construction.
- Maintain model quality, setting up and enforcing BIM standards, Revit templates, families/libraries, naming conventions, and version control.
- Other related tasks.

- At least 2 years of experience working with Revit in Japanese Architecture.
- Graduated from a University or college, majoring in Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering.
