ASO Specialist (SEO Background Welcome)

Overview:
We are looking for an Organic Growth Specialist to work on optimizing our mobile games on App Store & Google Play.
This role is ideal for SEO professionals (2–5 years experience) who want to transition into ASO (App Store Optimization). You will be trained and supported to develop ASO expertise while working closely with Product, Creative, and UA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword & Market Research
- Research keywords and analyze search trends, user intent, and competitors in app stores
- Monitor keyword performance across different markets
Store Listing & Content Optimization
- Apply SEO and conversion- focused writing to improve organic installs and CVR
- Write and optimize app titles, descriptions, short descriptions, and metadata
Creative Optimization (ASO)
- Work with designers on app icons, screenshots, and feature graphics
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve store performance
Performance Tracking
- Track key ASO metrics such as organic installs, CVR, and keyword rankings
- Analyze results and provide optimization suggestions
Cross- team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product, UA, and Creative teams during soft launches and global releases

Must- have:
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent
- 2- 5 years of experience in SEO, Content SEO, or Organic Growth
- Data- driven mindset and willingness to learn new tools
- Good writing skills with a focus on conversion and optimization
Nice- to- have:
- ASO experience is a plus, but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
- Experience with mobile apps or games
- Familiarity with App Store / Google Play optimization
- Experience with A/B testing or analytics tools
