Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Process Management
(
Assembly Manager):

Supervise the use of machinery and equipment in the assembly process and propose improvements if necessary.
Ensure the sports footwear production process is on schedule and meets quality standards.
Manage, train, and develop the assembly team, including workers and technicians.

Proven experience in managing teams, training staff, and resolving production issues.
Experience working with quality management systems and production standards.
Problem- solving, analytical skills, and process improvement expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Printing Technology, or related fields.
In- depth knowledge of sports footwear production processes, assembly procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
At least 10 years of experience in sports footwear production, with at least 5 years in an assembly management role.
