Report maintenance issues and coordinate with Engineering for timely resolution.
Conduct regular inspections of back- of- house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Supervise stewarding team members, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Uphold sustainability practices in waste sorting and chemical usage.
Train and motivate stewarding staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
Monitor inventory of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and cleaning supplies; report shortages and coordinate replenishment.
Support banquet and event setups by ensuring timely delivery and retrieval of kitchenware and service equipment.
Assist in overseeing daily stewarding operations including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, waste management, and equipment maintenance.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance records.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, kitchen safety, and equipment handling.
