Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department.
Support the Front Office Manager with staff scheduling, reporting, and departmental administration.
Supervise front desk activities, including check- in, check- out, and guest services.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Ensure excellent guest service and enhance the overall guest experience.
Train, coach, and supervise Front Office staff to maintain service standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
2–3 years of Front Office experience, including supervisory experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent in Hospitality or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS (Smile).
Good English communication.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
