• Recruit, hire and train new housekeeping staffs to adhere to Hotel standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Perform staff reviews and encourage teamwork among staff
• Resolve customer problems and complaints
• All rooms and public areas are cleaned in timely manner as per operational requirement
• All rooms and public areas are inspected daily and any issues are reported immediately to the relevant department
• Mini bar control is in place and all items are charged to guests account and all items in guest rooms are checked daily and replenished or
replaced if needed
• Linen and uniform control is in place and according to the hotels par stock
• Guest laundry is handled with care and picked up as per guest requests and returned timely manner as per hotels policy
• Any costs which are not budgeted are reported immediately to the General Manager
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared in time and sent to General Manager
• Cost controls for all expensed in the department are in place and costs are according to the budget
• Controls of all furniture, fixtures and equipment are in place and replacements are in line within the budget
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent communicate in English and other languages is preferred
High- school graduation or equivalent, specialist certificate of profession or training is preferred.
Fluent present needed papers by Microsoft Office and PMS
