Job Purpose
The Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) is responsible for managing and executing end- to- end recruitment activities to attract, select, and retain high- quality talent in line with the company’s culture, values, and operational needs. The role ensures a positive candidate experience while supporting workforce planning and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard- to- fill positions
Partner closely with Department Heads to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines
Manage full recruitment cycle for all levels: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination
Conduct interviews and support hiring managers with selection decisions
Prepare job descriptions, advertisements, and recruitment plans
Employer Branding & Sourcing
Coordinate career fairs, internships, and university partnerships
Promote Six Senses employer brand through job platforms, social media, and recruitment events
Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
Onboarding & Recruitment Administration
Coordinate onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hosts
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment documentation
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track recruitment metrics such as time- to- hire, cost- per- hire, and turnover
Support HR projects related to talent development and workforce planning
Identify recruitment challenges and propose improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
Good understanding of labor law and recruitment best practices
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
