Manage and supervise the daily activities of the BA or IT team.
Prepare and review documents such as Use Cases, Wireframes, Flowcharts, BPMN, etc.
Collaborate with technical team to hand over requirements, support UAT, and ensure product quality.
Generate the report as requested from BODs.
Train and mentor new team members.
Work closely with clients/ departments (Operations, Sales, Accounting, etc.) to get the requirements and provide the solutions.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
Support requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation from various stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and time management skills.
Good command of English, especially in reading and understanding technical documents
Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in IT, with at least 1 year in a team lead or project coordination role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analyst, or a related field.
