Assistant Manager - Flower Shop - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening

Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Flower Shop oversees the resort’s floral operations, ensuring exquisite, creative, and personalized floral arrangements across guest rooms, villas, public areas, restaurants, and event venues. This role upholds the Park Hyatt brand philosophy — “Luxury is Personal” — by combining artistry and attention to detail in every floral touchpoint.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage flower inventory, ordering, cost control, and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Supervise and coordinate daily floral design and arrangements throughout the resort.
Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal and special- event floral designs.
Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Events, and Front Office to meet guest and operational needs.
Create and maintain elegant floral displays for rooms, villas, public spaces, F&B outlets, and events.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and internal communications with professionalism and care.
Ensure freshness, color harmony, and consistency in all flower arrangements.
Lead, train, and inspire a team of florists to achieve excellence in creativity and service quality.
Uphold brand standards, hygiene, safety, and grooming policies at all times.

Excellent organizational and communication skills; fluent English preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in floral operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a luxury hotel, resort, or professional flower studio.
Ability to manage costs, inventory, and workflow efficiently in a pre- opening environment.
Strong artistic sense and deep knowledge of floral design, color theory, and arrangement techniques.
Creative, detail- oriented, and passionate about aesthetics and hospitality.
