Assistant NPI Engineer - Dau Giay

JD FOR TEAM 1:
Manages Project follow and Engineer Design of New Products

Coordinate with other Departments for product development
Trouble shooting during product development
Work according to policies and procedures set by OP
Project follow- up from start to mass production
Product improvements and Cost Reduction ideas
Complete Engineering documents required for product development
Product mechanical / electrical design
Coordinate with Suppliers to qualify new components

JD FOR TEAM 2:
Involve in the development and qualification of new products or components as part of NPI/NPD team

Involve in failure analysis activities, collaborate with expert teams, quality, and suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
Follow up the development/improvement of power tools from initiation till mass production.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to test and validate products, components.
Maintain comprehensive product documentation and test data.
Interact with suppliers to develop components that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Knowledge: Knowledge of GD&T and CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia, AutoCAD). Familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter, Winchill). Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Experience: Fresh graduates or less than 1 year experience in related fields.
Language: Good communication in English
