Assistant Procurement Manager

Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Monitor purchase orders, supplier KPIs (OTIF, lead time, quality) and resolve supply issues proactively.
Lead or support commercial negotiations (price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, rebates).
Prepare procurement reports and provide insights to management.
Drive cost saving and cost avoidance initiatives in line with regional/global targets.
Support and execute procurement strategies for FMCG categories (raw materials, packaging, POSM, indirect spend).
Manage and develop strategic suppliers, ensuring performance on cost, quality, delivery, and service level.
Manage purchasing plans aligned with demand forecast, production, and sales plans.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional stakeholders: Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, QA, and Warehouse.

Strong analytical skills with a cost- focused mindset.
Strong experience managing high- volume, fast- moving categories.
Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP/SAP or global procurement systems is an advantage.
5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably within FMCG or multinational companies.
Proven negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
Fluent English for daily working communication.
