Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Must have experience in team leadership.
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills with a strategic approach.
Ability to analyze basic purchasing data and provide insights for improvement
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and decision- making abilities with a strong business mindset.
At least 7 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in hospitality, construction, and F&B sectors, and at least 3 years of experience in people manager position
Result- oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong understanding of basic procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and product comparison.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good at English is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement systems.
