Assistant Restaurant Manager | Phó Quản lý Nhà hàng

Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the outlet, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services that meet brand operating standards.
Support the Food & Beverage management team, with a focus on enhancing the overall outlet experience. This includes continuously assessing F&B amenities, menus, and wine lists to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with Six Senses’ wellness and sustainability practices.
Ensure all established policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
Ensure purchasing practices align with Six Senses&039; sustainability platform, while conducting regular stocktakes and storage assessments to ensure inventory is properly stored and compliant with Six Senses standards.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet guest needs effectively.
A key aspect of the role is to interact with guests and team members in a professional, courteous, and positive manner, actively seeking feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and hygiene standards, while ensuring that all team members uphold comprehensive knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures, in accordance with brand and statutory requirements.

Instill high standards of appearance, grooming and hygiene
Diploma of college or university completion and knowledge of food and beverage and/or hotel management.
Forecasting and reporting requirements of the role (service, breakage, loss and inventories)
Any courses relating to further knowledge of wine or bartending are also preferred.
Minimum two years of experience within a luxury hotel or resort operation in similar position
