Assistant Warehouse Manager (Transportation And Data Warehouse)

Managed Delivery to customers
- Control transportation costs and analyze transportation data to improve cost management
- Manage suppliers together with the Purchase team to guarantee sufficient delivery vehicles with transport partners
- Ensure delivery to customers across the Southern market (from Quảng Trị to Cà Mau) for DS and PS channels of FGM and Weber
- Lead the DTD team to successfully complete activities with strong results
- Manage delivery costs, optimizing expenses in line with Company policies
- Oversee TMS systems, Door- to- Door operations
Managed Domestic Logistic:
- Control internal transportation costs in collaboration with transport units
- Monitor and manage internal transport contractors
Data control:
- Manage and report SC cost
- Responsibility for periodic stock count with warehouse, accountants and auditors
- Storage and manage warehouse documents
- Responsibility to ensure stock system and actual are equality
- Manage Debt reconciliation with suppliers monthly
Digitalization :
- API systems link together for reduce workload
- Digital thinking: Kết hợp cùng IT team to D&B RPA, AI…apply to Work for increase effective
- Apply WMS, TMS, ZnS, Dock controlling, Dashboard Power BI to fully processed

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in specialized in Economics, Finance. IT, Logistics
Experience:
• Good at problem solving and negotiation
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar position
Communication & Presentation skills:
• Good at communication skills with various types of audience in both Vietnamese and English
Computer Microsoft office skills:
• Good at Word, Excel, and Power Point are required.
