Associate Lawyer - 27141

- Supporting client communication and attending meetings/negotiations under the direction of a partner attorney
- Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, reports, and proposal materials for clients
- Assisting in the development of internal regulations and compliance systems
- Conducting due diligence for overseas transactions and preparing reports
- Drafting and reviewing Vietnamese and English contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, sales agreements, license agreements, agency agreements, etc.)
- Identifying key issues for contract negotiations and preparing revised versions

- Experience in legal and case law research and contract review (including experience as a lawyer or during legal training)
- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Have qualified as a Vietnamese lawyer
- 2- 7 years of legal experience
- English: Advanced Level (enough to draft English contracts, research overseas laws, and participate in meetings in English)
- Communication skills necessary for client relations and teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of corporate law (contract law and corporate law)
- At least 2 years have experience working in Foreign- affiliated companies.
