Automation NPI Engineer

- Repair and address complex issues in the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase and MP (Mass Production) phase.
- Translate technical data and documentation.
- Test and pilot new equipment for acceptance
- Install and set up new equipment.
- Maintain the automation equipment based on the preventive maintenance plan (PM plan).
- Control the automation equipment based on TPM and follow the ISO standard, RBA standard, etc
- Create maintenance plans, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and check sheets (including daily and preventive check sheets).
- Enhance equipment as required by other departments to increase capacity and quality.
- Provide training to maintenance engineers on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.
- Conduct research on technical data and documentation.
- Collect data on new projects from HQ and collaborate with other departments at the VN site on technical issues.

Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance / equipment field in the electronic company
Educational background: University
Skills:
- Capability to work under high pressure.
- Knowledge of automation equipment such as photo sensors, pressure sensors, inverters, servos, etc.
- Ability to work with the automation equipment (operate, repair, maintain)
- Have design skills via 2D /3D design software or program skills (Mitsubishi PLC, Weintek HMI, robots, etc.)
- Knowledge of TPM (total preventive maintenance), understand the TPM indexes for equipment management
- Can communicate in English or Chinese.
- Willingness to work overtime as per the work plan.
