Automation Software Engineer

Responsibilities and Authorities
• To support customer- related requests, including the development of new software releases, installation and upgrades onsite
• Developing and implementing automated tests to ensure software quality, collaborating with development teams, and improving testing processes. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, analyze results, and document defects. Work is crucial for streamlining the software development lifecycle, particularly in CI/CD and DevOps environments.
• Project plan Gantt chart preparation for every project and follow up daily timeline
• Able to work independently
• Teamwork cooperates to close the project before the timeline.
• Perform pre- buy- off based on customer requirements.
• To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
• Able to prepare the Machine Manual and electrical diagram
• Design, develop, test, and debug automation application software codes (PC/PLC, C, Python, SQL Server)
• Perform pre- buy- off based on customer requirements.
• On- site installation, troubleshooting and commissioning.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
