We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical, strategic, and logical thinking skills—someone who is proactive, detail- oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of ASUS Systems Commercial Business. You will report directly to the Commercial Director.
As a Product Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, selection, and management of products within the Vietnam market, with a primary focus on Commercial Monitors, Warranty Extension Programs, and Commercial Enterprise Solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Management team to provide sales data analysis, performance insights, and regular reporting that help drive product strategy and business decisions.

What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will be responsible of:
Product & Business Support
• Leverage the budget and given resources to reach sales target effectively
• Align with local distribution partners in developing sales plans
• Support Product Managers in the planning, selection, lifecycle and supply chain management of Commercial Monitors, Warranty Extension Programs, and Commercial Enterprise Solutions
• Assist in managing product information, pricing structures, and portfolio updates for the Vietnam market
• Build specific spec for specific projects according to end user demand and competition
Data Analysis & Sales Support
• Provide actionable insights to support product strategy, forecasting, and decision- making.
• Support the Sales team with product- related data, presentations, and performance analysis.
• Assist in monitoring market feedback, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate sales data, market trends, and product performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance, product mix, and business KPIs.

• At least 2 years of experience in products management and planning within the ICT industry. Experience in the Commercial channel is a plus.
• Fluent English is a must (Mandarin is a plus)
