About the Role
You will play a key role in expanding our B2B network, negotiating corporate contracts, and creating tailored packages that showcase our hotel accommodation and onsen offerings.- - -
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth through corporate partnerships. Your focus will be the sales of the hotel room and the hotel’s Onsen services.
Key Responsibilities
● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize both revenue and client satisfaction.
● Collaborate with the Marketing to create targeted campaigns and offers.
● Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts through regular engagement and account management.
● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor insights.
● Develop tailored proposals and corporate onsen packages aligned with client needs.
● Identify and approach corporate partners to promote our hospitality services (e.g., onsen, sauna, hotel rooms, corporate travel,…)

Requirements
● Minimum 2 years experience in B2B or Corporate Sales (hospitality, wellness, or spa industry preferred).
● Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
● Strong negotiation, communication.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
