• Manage HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance review processes
• Establish and streamline operational processes in a startup- like environment
• Collaborate with the finance/accounting team on invoice management and budget tracking
• Manage and optimize internal approval workflows and authorization processes
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies and compliance standards
• Handle escalations from various departments and drive issue resolution
• Communicate and coordinate with HQ in Japan or other global offices
• Provide reporting and decision- making support to the management team
• Oversee vendor management, contract review, and renewal procedures
• Oversee and improve back- office functions, including administration, HR, accounting, legal, and procurement
Yêu cầu công việc
・At the same time, must have solid experience with processes typical of mid- sized organizations, such as approval workflows, escalation procedures, and cross- department coordination.
・Uni Graduated
・Business- level English proficiency; Japanese ability is a plus.
・Female candidate, approximately 32–44 years old.
・Over 5 years experience of Back- office management in a multinational / foreign IT company (ideally 50+ employees).
・Experience in a startup environment is a strong plus.
