Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend applications.
Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
Write maintainable, testable, and scalable code following best engineering practices.
Architect efficient and reusable backend systems for projects with high user volume and high frequency of use.
Research and apply emerging technologies related to backend engineering, cloud services, and artificial intelligence.
Integrate and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows into backend infrastructures.
Design, build and maintain APIs, services, and backend systems that support AI- powered applications.
Collaborate closely with AI engineers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, production- grade systems.

Specialty:

Eager to learn new tech stacks and frameworks.
At least 3 years of experience in backend development using one or more of the following: NodeJS(NestJS), Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
Strong analytical and testing mindset.
Familiarity with microservice architecture and RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
Bachelor&039;s Degree or above, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related subjects.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, and message queues/brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
Knowledge or experience integrating AI/ML models, LLM APIs, or data pipelines is a strong plus.
Self- motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Experience in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Good problem- solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong understanding of system design, algorithms, and code performance optimization.

Preference:

Experience contributing to Open Source projects is an advantage.
Experience in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular is a plus.
Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working on AI/ML integration, model deployment, or automation tools.
