Backend Developer (Python - Django)

• Design and develop software solutions using best practices in software engineering, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python- Django.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve them.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements to software development processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.

• Strong understanding of RESTful services, authentication (JWT/OAuth), Docker, and deployment (basic CI/CD pipelines).
• Good at time management and logical thinking.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant.
• Be able to learn/self- investigate new knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python and Django (or Django REST Framework).
• Proven experience in API design, database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and ORM.
• Preferred qualifications: 2–5+ years of experience; familiarity with FastAPI/Flask or microservices architecture is a strong plus.
