Key Accountabilities

Help build and maintain backend services using Go, Node.js, and Python.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code while learning and following our engineering best practices.
Participate in the full development lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and support.
Develop APIs and contribute to our event- driven systems for seamless communication.Contribute to system reliability by writing tests and helping monitor services.
Implement database layer and write efficient & performant queries.
Assist with integrating complex systems — ERP, POS, mobile app, e- commerce, inventory, and more.

Must Have:

Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
An interest in or some exposure to concepts like microservices, CI/CD, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
A proactive, can- do attitude and a strong passion for learning and problem- solving.
2- 3 years of experience in backend development with strong project experience with Golang and Python.
Basic understanding of web security principles and building APIs.
Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures).
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Have:

A good understanding of software testing principles and automation.
Hands- on working with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
Familiarity with different database types: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experience in building front- end facing services, mobile apps, and integrating with frontend stacks such as Next.js, React, and React Native.
Experience integrating with third- party APIs (e.g., payment, logistics, social login).
