The Core Job
We are seeking a talentedBackend Engineer (Senior/Lead)to join our team of skilled software engineers, product managers, and test engineers in Vietnam. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that our platform scales to meet user demand while maintaining the highest quality standards.
ZTO Labs is a cutting- edge tech product- building lab specializing in creating innovative tech products ranging from on- demand platforms, mobile and web applications, analytics platforms, and especially Generative AI applications. Founded by Silicon Valley veterans, our team comprises young, smart, and talented professionals dedicated to delivering high- quality solutions to our clients.
About Us

Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and group brainstorming sessions.
Deliver high- quality code following best practices for better performance, user experience, and reusability.
Work closely with the product team to iterate quickly on new features and experiments.
Develop and implement algorithms to handle massive volumes of real- time data.
Troubleshoot existing codebases, hunt down nasty bugs, and refactor code.

You Must Have

Good command of English.
Be able to write clean, performance- centric, reusable, and understandable code with unit tests.
Experience designing and developing RESTful web services.
Previous product company experience.
4++ years of experience in backend programming (Python).
