Backend Java Developer/ Lập Trình Viên Backend (Senior) - Dự Án Chứng Khoán, Fintech - HN/HCM

Develop services using Java Spring Boot and NodeJS, following the microservices architecture.
Design, build, and optimize backend systems for securities and cryptocurrency platforms.
Participate in architectural reviews and mentor middle- level backend developers.
Work with MariaDB, MongoDB, and Redis to optimize large- scale and real- time data processing.
Ensure system stability, security, and high performance to handle large transaction volumes.
Design and operate Kafka as the central message broker, deployed on Docker.

Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.
Strong logical thinking, problem- solving skills, and teamwork ability.
English: good reading comprehension of technical documentation.
Experience deploying with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Kafka, event- driven systems, and microservices.
Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and NodeJS.
Knowledge of securities and cryptocurrency is a MUST.
Open for 2 locations: Hanoi and HCM offices.
Capable of designing system architecture.
Experience with large databases, query optimization, and data sharding.
