Backend / System Developer

About the Position
This role focuses on practical system development, not ERP consulting or IT administration.

We are looking for a hands- on backend/system developer to design and build internal operational systems for a global e- commerce business.
Location: Vietnam (Remote / Local Office)

*) Main Responsibilities
Design and develop internal operational systems, including:
Prepayment (advance payment) balance linked to shipment
Develop and maintain backend logic for Shopify- based online stores
Inventory, order, shipment, and payment tracking
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Integrate and synchronize data with e- commerce platforms via API
Build internal tools connected to databases and Google Sheets
Support inspection and packing workflows, including logging and shipment verification data
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to improve real- world workflows
(Shopee, Qoo10, Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.)

*) Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3+ years of hands- on software development experience
Strong experience with:
Ability to understand operational workflows
REST API integration
Backend or system- oriented development mindset
English communication skills (working level)
Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Familiarity with Google Sheets API or automation tools
ERP consultant or MIS manager
IT administrator
