ABOUT THE JOB:
❖ Job Description: The successful candidate will primarily utilize the CRM platform to
manage and drive customer service activities, as follows:
Client Support & Banking Coordination:
● Consult and respond to customer inquiries via email and other digital communication
channels.
● Act as an intermediary between clients and banks, facilitating communication and ensuring
smooth application processes.
● Collect and submit client documents to banks for application processing.
● Document all submitted materials and application results for internal tracking and reporting.
● Track application status and follow up with banks to ensure timely updates.
Issue Resolution:
● Resolve issues arising from customers, forwarders, and third parties related to order or
application processing.
● Provide timely updates and support to customers throughout the process.
Needs Analysis:
● Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate services tailored to each
client’s specific requirements.
Collaboration:
● Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments to ensure efficient processing and
service delivery.
❖ Job Qualifications:
● Graduating from university with a major in business administration, economics, commerce,
and finance;
● Minimum 1 year of experience in professional firms or banking- related roles, preferably
within international working environments.
● Proficient in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
● Ability to work independently, proactively, good improvisation;
● Having experience using CRM software is a plus.
● Good organization & coordinating skills. Good command of spoken & written English;
● Strong analytical and problem- solving skills;
