Banquet Captain

Inform the supervisor regarding any problems occurring within the shift
Ensure that the staff have prepared and finished all site work designed
Ensure that all instructions are handled as quickly as possible, without delay
Personally supervises the wait- staff throughout the function
Ensure that the service station are well stocked up for any short- coming in the service
To be responsible for the mise- en- place, set up, all the table arrangements to ensure smooth service during the function
To assign staff the duties on absence of supervisor
Attend pre- service briefing and explain to service staff the procedures of service the special dishes

Excellent customer service, communication and problem- handling skills
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
Native Vietnamese, good English.
