• Ensure minimum standards are met at all times in the Event/Banquet areas, as per SOP’s and hotel policies
• Applies the brand’s quality standards (SOP)
• Behaves and acts in an exemplary way, embodying the brand mindset
• Optimizes the Meeting with proposals
• Schedule team shifts based on business needs
• Maximize business opportunities, set up and cost reduction, without compromising standards
• Responsible for all Events/ Banqueting service quality and set up and in accordance with the specifications validated by FBM, Deputy General Manager and customers
Yêu cầu công việc
Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in events organization for trade fairs, seminars or congresses in a variety of contexts, preferably international
Fluent in Vietnamese and English language
Competent desktop software user
