Projects supply needs for the department, (e.g China, glass, silver, buffet presentations, props,...)
Understands the impact of Banquet operations on the overall success of an event and manages activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
Adheres to and reinforces all standards, policies, and procedures.
Responds and handles guest problems and complaints.
Communicates and executes departmental and property emergency procedures and ensures staff are trained in safety procedures.
Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
Applies knowledge of all laws, as they relate to an event
Sets goals and delegates task to improve department performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
2- years degree from an accredited university in Hospitality Management, Business Adminstration, or a related major
Be well- organized and be able to multitask.
Be careful, responsible and ensure the confidentiality of documents
Related Work Experience: at least 2 years of related work experience.
Fluent in English, confident and be able to work independently.
