Sets a positive example for guest relations.
Understands the impact of Banquet operations on the overall success of an event and manages activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
Monitors progress and leads discussion with staff each period.
Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals.
Ensures employees understand expectations and parameters.
Projects supply needs for the department, (e.g., china, glass, silver, buffet presentations, props).
Maintains established sanitation levels.
Applies knowledge of all laws, as they relate to an event.
Communicates and executes departmental and property emergency procedures and ensures staff are trained in safety procedures.
Uses banquet beverage records to control liquor costs and manage the banquet beverage perpetual inventory.
Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
Adheres to and reinforces all standards, policies, and procedures.
Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
Manages departmental inventories and maintains equipment.

At least 3 years experience at the same position in 5 Stars international hotel

Offered relocation ticket, home leave allowance, repatriation allowance as hotel policy.
Monthly Service charge as revenue upon hotel operations and policy.
Annual Leave: 12 days per 12 months of service.
Working days/week: 5 days; Days off/week: 2 days.
