Banquet Manager

Oversee AV and technical support in coordination with Engineering.
Maintain Pullman service standards for all functions, from small meetings to large banquets.
Handle guest concerns or last- minute changes with professionalism.
Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions.
Ensure event spaces are prepared according to BEOs (Banquet Event Orders).
Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Engineering for seamless event execution.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good financial acumen with budget and cost management experience.
Strong client relations and negotiation abilities.
Strong knowledge of banquet service, catering operations, and event planning.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Calm, professional, and solution- oriented under pressure.
Minimum 3–5 years of banquet or event management experience in a 5- star hotel.
Guest- centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
