Maintain adequate supply of operating supplies and equipment and familiarize with operating procedures of machineries
Must have full knowledge of beverages and cocktails in the bar and maintain the par stocks.
Always priority for short shelf- life beverage items and fresh items to avoid wastage.
Ensure that all beverage stocks are replenished prior to opening.
Track & follow near- expiry date items & slow- moving items with leader to have proper remedy based on restaurant operation.
Assist to serve beverage order at restaurant and poolside.
Always be attentive to guest needs and complaints and take necessary action to ensure guests’ satisfaction within the parameters of the authority of the position.
