Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
Obtain change required for expected business level, and keeping bank secure at all times.
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
Answer guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines.
Perform bottle- for- bottle liquor restock.
Check quality and quantity of all stock and supplies.
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
Requisition all supplies.
Communicate last call at designated closing time.
Ensure staff is working together as a team...
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
Yêu cầu công việc
Have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility.
Possess a vocational certificate, college degree, or university degree in Tourism and Hotel Management or related fields.
